Hey Prompt Entrepreneur,

It’s been.. a week!

Pretty much spent all week processing applications for the AI workshop Kit. This kit gives you the opportunity to license and sell my teaching material to companies.

Our goal was 100 applicants. We’re now at 400… and still going..

And because we’re processing them manually (around 50 a day) it’s been a LOT of work!

Which brings me to an important point.

Just because you can do something with AI doesn’t mean you should.

As soon as I saw the applications begin flooding in I knew it was going to take a loooong time to process them all.

So my efficient (read: lazy) brain immediately thought “ok let’s automate this!”

And I tried! I put together some prompt chains to take each application, review the inputs and generate a personalised response.

The thing is… it wasn’t good enough.

I wanted for us to have personal conversations with each applicant. To help work out if this was right for them, for us and for the rest of the people in the cohort.

The AI process was fine… but not good enough for the level of care and attention something as important as this needed.

I knew that I could probably spend a few days refining and tuning and come up with something better.

But sometimes instead of spending days coming up with the BEST system you just need to get on with it and do the damn work.

Getting it done is what matters. And sometimes that’s going to require elbow grease! As boring and painful as that is.

So we dug in and got it done! At the time of writing we’re sending out the final batch of 100 emails (one at a time) 😅.

It’s taken all week but it’s done! Woot! Thank you to my business partner Harminder for running the process - I wouldn’t have slept all week without him.

And boy, we’ve already got some amazing people signed up and ready to go.

From literally every corner of the earth which is what excites me the most.

Super excited to get cracking with the cohort on the 17th!
