As you are reading this Iām in a field somewhere in the south-west of England wild camping.
Probably trying and failing to make a fire to eatā¦
Iāll be āoffā for about a week - staying offline and minimising technology.
To meā¦this is luxury.
Not because Iām staying anywhere upscale and luxe. The campsite is Ā£5/$8 a night after all. Quite the opposite of fancy!
No, the luxury comes from control of time.
Specifically the ability to sprint out a week of work beforehand and then basically go off-grid.
All this past week Iāve been working to get all my newsletter issues, all my videos and all my lectures done upfront. Itās all completed and scheduled.
It was a tonne of work. This aināt about doing less work. This is about control of when to work and when to ā¦ sit in a field.
It remind me of Greg Isenbergās list of 60 modern luxuries for entrepreneurs and creators. Here are the first 18 luxuries:
Notice itās not about the sports car, the mansion, the exclusive golf club. Itās not really about material things at all.
Itās primarily about freedom, space and control of oneās time.
That, more than anything, is what most excites me about AI entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship already letās us control our time. But add AI leverage into the mix? Powerful things happen.
Hey, if your goals are the Lambo and Rolex all power to you. We all have different goals and who the hell am I to tell you those arenāt the right goals. And AI entrepreneurship can get your those too.
But for those who mainly want their life back. For those who donāt want to wake up every Monday dreading the week ahead. For those who want space and time to think, create and build.
Thatās what I want to help you with.
