What a week.
This week’s topic has been all about how to successfully launch a cohort…
…which I’ve been writing whilst also successfully launching a cohort!
Can’t accuse me of not walking the walk eh?
A couple weeks ago I did a video talking about giving AI workshops.
I currently get paid between $1000-$4000 per hour to give workshops on AI to businesses around the world.
I shot a video asking if people would be interested in:
licensing my workshop materials (slide deck, notes, guided walkthrough of the material)
business assets (pricing calculators, proposal templates, one-pager template etc.)
systems (learning how to customise material, prospect for clients, sell packages, deliver workshops etc.)
Over 1000 people said “yes please!!”
So I started building.
And a few days ago I opened the doors for applications.
At the time of writing this (Friday) we’ve had 98 applicants in less than 24 hours. (Note: 105, just checked…keep going up!)
100 applicants was the total goal! So it’s been a pleasant surprise.
We are keeping this first round cohort small (so I can really focus on each member and helping them secure their first paid workshop) so may not be able to take everyone - hence the application process.

Timeline wise the deadline for applications is 10th June and we’ll be releasing material and starting the cohort in the second week of June.
We’re beginning to contact applicants starting Monday with next steps.
We won’t take any more applicants after June 10th. Fair warning!
