Prompt Entrepreneur is (about) a year old so it’s time to thing of the direction we’re going in! I’ve got a bunch of ideas. Too many, as always!

Here’s what you have to look forward to:

AI Entrepreneurship Operating System: an AI tool that takes your initial business idea and runs it through a set of my Playbooks to generate a business plan, audience growth strategy, sales funnel and growth plan for you. It’ll generate not just a set of steps for you but also educational resources to help you achieve each step.

AI Expert Consultant Community: a space for AI experts to learn from myself and on another on how to build a business around AI consultation. You’ll be able to learn what’s working right now, build your reputation and gain clients all in one place.

TikTok Growth Accelerator: TikTok has fast become my number one marketing channel, hitting 100k followers in less than 6 months. More than that TikTok followers buy - they make up 60%+ of sales - and lead to B2B work. It’s a channel that’s being slept on in the AI space. I’ll be running 30 day TikTok launch and growth accelerators for those who want to tap into TikTok.

Cohort Launch Method. We’ve now launched 2 cohorts in 3 months, pulling in $150,000+. These launches came from a single Tweet asking if people thought a particular idea would be useful. This tweet was followed by surveys, polls, building in public, pre-sales and building “just in time” to de-risk at every.single.stage. It allowed me to build something I knew to be valuable because if it didn’t pass a particular checkpoint it would have been scrapped. I want to teach the method and get a (small) group of people on board to hand-hold them through a six figure launch.

Partnerships. Crudely, what I now have is distribution. In the world of entrepreneurship building a fantastic product is one half of the equation. The other (arguably more important he says, tooting his own horn) is distribution. Getting the damn thing out to the world. Up until now I’ve been busy learning, writing, recording. In my own little world. I’m now making links with AI builders and businesses in the space - not for sponsorship but for partnerships. Building valuable tools together. I aim in 2025 (gosh, sound futuristic eh?) to grow a portfolio of small bets I work with and help with distribution. A lot of this will be asking you guys what you want - and then finding the best builders to build for you.

And…that’s it for the rest of the year I think.
