Hey Prompt Entrepreneur,

2024 is pushing to a close.

We’re about to enter Q4 so right now (last week or so of Q3) is time to be locking down your plans.

I’ll start (it’s only polite!):

• money/business: prepare for a big launch in January. We’re aiming for a $250,000 launch which will be a big first for Prompt Entrepreneur (you can follow the journey on Tiktok and Twitter where I’m talking about the process). We’ve hired / working with Virgil Brewster who has masterminded multiple BIG launches and we’re following his advice to get it done.

• health/fitness: drop 5kg and hit new strength goals. Health has slipped this year during growth of the business. It happens! Next three months I’m getting it back under control. I’ve hired someone to prepare my meals (much cheaper than you’d expect!) and a PT to kick me into shape.

And that’s it: TWO, and only two, big goals.

In fact even the health one is to support the first one - I need health to do anything else. As I full well know from the time I got Covid then pneumonia whilst trying to grow a business. No bueno.

Other goals and plans have fallen by the wayside. I did have some trips away planned to warm sunny places like Cyprus. Cancelled.

This is full focus mode now. Honing in on a very small number of goals and relentlessly pursuing them. Not trying to spin 10 plates and letting them all (inevitably) fall.

The other common factor is faith.

I’m not normally a man of faith. I analyse, criticise, think things through and (more often than not) carve out my own path.

That works sometimes.

But for Q4 2024 I’ve decided to put my faith in others:

• Virgil for the launch plan. I’m now just doing what he says. Because he has done this many times and I have not. So I listen and do.

• my meal-prepper who is deciding my foods all in advance. I’m not thinking what I want to eat. I eat what’s been planned.

• my PT for fitness. I turn up and do the work he tells me too.

All of this makes life a lot easier.

Hell, there’s still a lot to do.

But I’m fine with that. Work isn’t a problem.

What’s easier is just following the guidance of people who know better than me and know what I need to do next. Honestly it’s bizarre for me but also quite liberating!

So that’s my next three months!

Two goals only. Following the advice of experts who have done it before. Focused effort for Q4 of 2024. That’s it.
