Hey Prompt Entrepreneur,

I’ve just got back from a week of camping, hiking and moseying around a town of books in Wales.

Only got rained on for…oh…40% or so!

Not bad for beginning of September in the UK!

We’re now moving firmly into the back part of the year. Q3 is wrapping up and Q4 is about to begin.

We’re out of the slow Summer holidays. Yay!

And have 4 more months of the year left. In reality though in business December is always a bit of a damp squib. Stuff slows down and waits until the next year.

Which basically leaves us September, October, November to get stuff done.

That means this is it: it’s time to get your 2024 plans over the line.

Personally I’m sitting down with a potential new mentor/coach/launch partner this coming Monday. Very excite about that - just ironing out the details now. He’s worked with some big boys and my goal is to work with him to take Prompt Entrepreneur up to the next level. Onwards and upwards eh?

Last week I asked you what problems were stopping you from starting your own business. Thank you for your candid answers.

There was a (very obvious) standout:

The vast majority highlighted personal blocks as the main reason for not pushing ahead and starting a business.

Now, obviously personal blocks is…a bit broad! So I’d like to drop in another poll to help hone in on exactly what’s causing the barrier to starting.

This info is super helpful for me because it helps:

• guide what Playbooks to write for you

• what video content I should be filming

• what courses and other resources I should build

So the more information I get the better I can serve!

FYI I’m toying with an idea at the moment. The basics are:

• 100 days

• 5 minute action every day

• everyone works through at the same time

• community and coaching available

• the goal being to start a business with the help of AI

• and earn your first $100

Right now I’m thinking it’s $100 for 100 days.

And if you complete all the 5 minute steps daily and don’t make that $100 back in 100 days it’s a 100% refund.

Why charge at all? Because when something is free it isn’t valued! It won’t get done. Whereas when you put a small amount of cash behind it compliance becomes far more rigorous. It’s a neat psychological trick to force yourself to do something!

A fair amount of the 100 days will be based on torpedoing personal blocks. Hence it being important I know what they are!
