Prompt Playbook: 2025 Predications PART 4

Hey Prompt Entrepreneur,

Here's my fourth prediction for 2025: we're about to see an explosion of specialized AI tools and agents. Not broad, general-purpose AI like ChatGPT. I'm talking about laser-focused tools built for specific industries and tasks.

Right now everyone's using the same handful of AI tools, trying to bend them to fit their needs.

It’s fine if you good at this stuff. If you know how to prompt ChatGPT you can get it to do some great stuff.

But guess what? 99% of people out there:

• won’t think to use AI to tackle a certain problem

• if they do, they won’t have the skill to get it done

• and if they have the skill, they won’t necessarily have the time

The opportunity

I see people saying that a lot of AI tools are just a “wrapper” for ChatGPT. Basically some custom instructions and a nice interface with ChatGPT doing all the work in the background.

Yes…and that’s FINE. Because of the reasons above. Most people (customers!) aren’t going to go through all that.

And the people who would go through all that effort? They were never going to be a customer!

The opportunity? Building these specialised tools for the masses.

More specifically: building BORING tools.

Not what you think will be cool. This is what everyone in the AI space is building.

No. Building what customers (ie. businesses) NEED. Very different. And much more profitable.

This is where most people get it wrong. The winning play isn't to lock yourself away and build what you think businesses need. That's a recipe for creating something nobody wants.

Don’t skip the important steps

Instead, the real gold rush will come from a specific sequence:

1. Work closely with businesses (through consulting or workshops)

2. Notice which problems keep coming up again and again (and again)

3. Build tools that solve these validated problems

4. Sell back to the same market you now deeply understand

It ain’t rocket science. But most people try to skip to the last step.

The AI entrepreneurs who'll win big in 2025 will be the ones who build based on real market needs. They'll create tools that solve problems they've seen firsthand, not just hypothetical issues.

The best part? When you build something that solves a real, validated problem, you don't have to convince people to buy it. They're already asking for it.

A someone who has started 20+ businesses where people didn’t want what I had….this makes it lot easier.
