Here's something wild - I had three different companies reach out to me just last week about AI consulting. All of them had the same problem.

They'd hired "AI experts" who... well, weren't very expert!

These consultants had all the right buzzwords, but when it came to actually implementing AI solutions? Crickets. They hadn’t built anything. Duh.

2025 is going to be the year businesses wake up to AI's potential.

Not just the flashy stuff, but the nitty-gritty, revenue-generating implementations.

The boring but important stuff as we move out of the honeymoon phase.

And here's the thing - they won't be able to build it themselves.

Right now, most businesses are in the "playing around with ChatGPT" phase. But that's about to change. They're starting to see their competitors use AI for real advantages - faster operations, better customer service, reduced costs.

Actually moving the needle rather just “kinda cool”.

And when they realise they're being left behind? That’s where you step in.

But here's the kicker - these businesses won't want theorists. They don’t want a fancy slide deck telling them all the things they cou

ld do. They don’t another damn flowchart.

They want people who've actually done it. Built something. Solved real problems.

Cough, not McKinsey’s, cough cough.

AI Consultant Loop

This creates a massive opportunity, but only if you position yourself right. And that's where what I call the AI Consultation Loop comes in.

It goes like this: Learn → Build → Service → Repeat

First, you learn the AI stuff. But not just theory. You need to get your hands dirty. Break things. Fix things. Figure out what actually works.

You do this by building something for yourself. Could be a simple automation, could be a full-blown AI app. Doesn't matter. What matters is you're doing it yourself first.

You are going to build something that is valuable in your industry. Not something cool. But something useful.

Only then do you take on client work. Because now you're not just spouting theory - you're speaking from experience. "Yeah, I tried that. Here's what actually worked..." and then you show them what you’ve built.

And here's the beautiful part - each client project teaches you something new. Which leads to new builds. Which leads to better service. Round and round we go, increasing prices and profit each time.

There’s a bonus (and this is a preview). This consultation work isn't just about making money from services. It's your ticket to building something much bigger. Every client project is essentially paid market research. You're learning exactly what problems businesses face, what solutions they'll pay for, and what features actually matter.

Later on, you can take these insights and build products (rather than a service) that solve these problems at scale. But more on that in a few days - it's prediction #4 on Thursday.

Making it happen

So here's what I'm thinking:

A 4-week intensive where you actually go through this loop yourself. Not just theory - we're doing this thing. Doing it live!!

Week 1 is all about finding your project sweet spot. What can you build that businesses actually want? We'll use your existing industry expertise and validate demand first. No building stuff nobody wants!

Week 2 is build week. Whether you're technical or not, we'll get something working. It’ll be basic, it’ll be scrappy. It’ll be built. Could be a custom GPT, could be an automation, could be a no-code solution, could be a full app. What matters is it solves a real problem. How we build it is less important.

Week 3 is about documenting your journey. Building in public, showing your work, proving your expertise. We do this as we refine our basic build. Remember what we talked about with the human element? This is where it pays off. You’re going to talk about what you are doing.

Week 4 is where the rubber meets the road - getting your first client. We’ll put together a lead magnet (based on Week 3 work). We'll work on proposals, pricing, and actually closing deals. Because all this knowledge means nothing if you can't turn it into revenue.

The best part? You'll have something concrete to show for it at the end. Not just knowledge, but a working solution AND paying clients.

I'm working on something to help people master this loop. Not just the theory, but the actual doing part. Because that's what's missing right now.

If the launch works: great. If not: go again. Each loop will be tighter and the end result better. And it only takes a month which, in terms of your potential financial future, is dumb short. Thanks AI!
